Villa Aphrodite is a newly built residence of 178 m2 located in the magical setting of Plaka beach, belonging to Seaside Naxos Complex, consisting of 4 independent villas. Spread in 3 levels in its own plot of land of 1000 m2, offers intimate privacy.

Enclosed by traditional Cycladic white plastered wall volumes, coming from the pathway you will encounter the welcoming exterior gate of the villa, opening on a landscaped patio with local shrub vegetation giving way to the main entrance. The interior, all in Naxian white marble floor, features an open-plan area with a bright living room and a fully equipped Italian style kitchen, all cleverly designed to ensure contemporary comfort and modern convenience.

A guest WC is available on the same level. A welcoming big shaded terrace stretches from the living room and kitchen to the exterior. The staircase leads two ways. Upwards to the first floor where there is a master bedroom with a king size bed and a luxury bathroom with rain shower. The private terrace on the 1st floor has a comfortable built-in sofa. From there you can enjoy the marvelous view of the blue Sky and the Aegean Sea in daytime, or enjoy the colorful sunset and relax in serenity by the lighting stars during the night. At the lower floor one can find three more bright bedrooms, all with en suite bathrooms with shower.

One master king size bedroom, a triple bedroom with a queen size bed plus a built-in sofa bed and a double with bunk beds. All bathrooms of the villa are shaped with marbles and polished cement screed in natural earth coloring, whilst their transparent dividers create a pleasant contract.

The villa sleeps 9 people in 4 comfortable bedrooms. Its clever layout can easily accommodate two and three families sharing this property in comfort, each with their own private areas for sleeping and relaxing, but also sharing common living areas in the interior and exterior of the villa.
